Step 1: Choose a categorie of services:
Bronze: ~ 0.5 % of the total project budget.
Our most popular plan – one or multiple sections of the proposal, e.g., approach and methodology, according to your needs.
Silver: ~ 0.75% of the total project budget.
The full proposal, except CVs, references, etc. – nor layout/formatting.
Gold: ~1% of the total project budget.
Our all-encompassing plan, the whole proposal including CVs, possible partners, layout/format and all items such as LoAs, PoAs, are taken care of.
Our process is fully transparent: once the most suitable proposal writer, CVs, or partners are identified we encourage discussions with our clients and endeavor to have at least one round of reviews.
Step 2: Sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a service contract.
Step 3: Arrange the payment.
- 50% upfront.
- 50% upon your acceptance of the proposal.
We can offer, depending on the chosen tiers and the scale of the project, a no-cure no-pay contract where an agreed remuneration is only due when the bid is won.
